1 Definitions & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the 80k platform and all its members. References to "80k", "we", or "us" refer to the entity operating 80k. References to "member", "you", or "user" refer to anyone registered on or using the 80k service.

"Platform" refers to 80k's website, mobile version, and all related services. "Bet" or "Betting" refers to participating with real money in 80k's Sports, casino, or any other section.

2 Account Registration

To register with 80k, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum Age 18 Years is required — no exceptions.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Each Individual One Account Only — If different family members use separate accounts on the same device, 80k must be notified in advance.
• After account creation, a copy of your National ID or passport may be requested at any time for identity verification (KYC).
• Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

80k reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. If a second account is opened while one is already active, both accounts will be subject to investigation.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 80k:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 500. The maximum limit depends on your account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your funds will be returned to your bKash account.
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Deposits and withdrawals must not be made using another person's mobile number or bank account.
• Any active bonus rollover must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• For suspicious transactions, 80k may initiate additional verification procedures — during which withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers on 80k are subject to specific terms and conditions. It is each member's responsibility to read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit only. Each member may claim this once.
• Rollover: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering a specified number of times. Rollover requirements typically range from 10x to 30x and are stated individually for each offer.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the expiry date has passed.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, 80k reserves the right to determine the order in which rollover requirements are applied.
• If a bonus is found to have been used fraudulently, both the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be voided.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times across 80k's Sports Betting, casino, and all other sections:

• Bets placed cannot generally be changed or cancelled, though the Cash-Out feature may be used where available.
• If a technical issue occurs before results are declared and a bet is recorded at incorrect odds, 80k reserves the right to void or amend that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, your stake will generally be refunded. However, if part of the event has already been completed, the outcome may be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In-play or live betting odds change in real time — the odds at the moment you confirm your bet are the ones that apply.
• If one leg of an accumulator or combination bet is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled accordingly.

Casino games use a verified RNG (Random Number Generator) that is audited by an independent third party. In the event of any dispute over game outcomes, the game log shall serve as the definitive record.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 80k:

• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms, placing manipulative betting patterns, or colluding with others to abuse bonuses.
• Match Fixing or Insider Betting: Placing bets using insider information about a match outcome, or attempting to influence the result of any match.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen or another person's payment method.
• Use of Automated Tools: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Hacking or Exploiting System Vulnerabilities: Exploiting any technical errors or glitches on the 80k platform for personal gain.
• Accounts for Minors: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use your account.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

80k may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of the Terms & Conditions is violated.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC process.
• If the member personally requests account closure.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance with completed rollover will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the refund of any remaining balance will be subject to investigation.

8 Privacy & Data Management

9 Responsible Betting
